"The Vine is allowing private contractor construction work and projects within the building. I do not know the contractor company, but they are performing countertop replacements inside units. To my understanding, this is a violation of unnecessary construction projects that put our community at risk. I was informed that these projects will continue for the 5th and 6th of May at least." - Ken
