According to police, an elderly woman and her son who live together in a mobile home called their landlord to report that the landlord's son, Daniel Thomas Reid, was harassing them and threatening them with a gun. After speaking with the tenants, deputies went to the man's property to speak with him about the situation, and he was allegedly combative. Police tasered him twice, then shot and killed him after being tasered didn't immobilize him.
