Deputies said Robinson had broken into a home through a window in the 9200 block of Dresden Lane in Port Richey. Robinson sustained multiple lacerations on his arm and began fighting with one of the residents in the home, deputies said. Deputies and Fire Rescue responded and attempted to take Robinson into custody. Robinson was tased "over an 11-minute episode" and then handcuffed, then became unconscious and died.
