Police had been following Zachary Hall for several hours and planned to arrest him when he left the Layton Hills Mall. He reportedly was wanted for an aggravated robbery out of Salt Lake City. After allegedly failing to comply with orders, Hall ran started ramming police vehicles with his vehicle. Police shot and killed him.
