Chad Michael Breinholt was reportedly intoxicated and causing problems at a business at about 7 p.m. Breinholt had been dating one of the employees at the business. When officers arrived, they determined Breinholt had been drinking and had been driving a vehicle while intoxicated, so, they arrested Breinholt and took him to the police station. While Breinholt was being processed for his arrest, an officer shot and killed him. Details as to what precipitated the killing were withheld by police.
