Around 4 p.m., officers responded to reports of a man with a knife. When the first officer arrived, Charlie Murillo reportedly began to beat on the officer's vehicle with a knife. When the second officer arrived, he ordered Murillo to drop the knife and shot him with a bean bag. When beating him with the bean bag gun also failed to disable him, he was shot and killed.
