Albuquerque police found the body of Anthony Sandoval inside a car. Sandoval had been shot to death. Shortly before he died he called 9-1-1 and reported being shot by a man named Arthur Lujan. Police tracked down Lujan at a home, but when they arrived Lujan barricaded himself inside the home. During negotiations, Lujan and police exchanged shots, and Lujan was killed around 1:30 a.m.
