Police responded to a home for a welfare check. Lori Markham allegedly came out armed with a pistol. Police say Markham did not cooperate with police and was walking in and out of the house with the gun, at times pointing it at her own head. She allegedly pointed the pistol at officers, and they shot and killed her.
