Officers responding to a disturbance call at an apartment building found an SUV parked out front. In the disturbance call, a woman in distress was yelling at a man to give her her money and her keys. They went to the car and found a man who appeared to be asleep inside. One officer saw the gun on the man and opened the door to secure the weapon. Armand Bell and the officer struggled over the gun. The officer used his own weapon to shoot and kill Bell.
