Officers responded to multiple reports of shots fired in the parking lot and courtyard of an apartment complex. Officers parked a distance away and walked to the apartment complex, where they confronted the gunman. The gunman, Charles Webb, allegedly turned around and fired several rounds toward officers from a long gun. He was shot and killed.
