Deputies were called shortly before 3 a.m. after someone at the residence called 9-1-1 to report a domestic dispute. When deputies arrived, Arthur Garner allegedly began shooting at them. Deputies Sgt. Sean Ballard, Corporal Dustin Hussey, Stephanie Griffin and Justin Mack shot and killed him. Family said Garner did not shoot.
