At 9:47 a.m., deputies attempted to stop a vehicle on I-285 for speeding. During the attempted stop, deputies reportedly learned that the vehicle was stolen out of the city of South Fulton. The vehicle failed to stop, and deputies chased it. The vehicle went down a dead-end road and turned around, reportedly hit some police vehicles. The driver, Deangelo Martin, was shot and killed.
