Dylan Thomas apparently robbed and then gave the money back to a pizza delivery driver. The driver spoke to an off-duty officer, Officer H.A. Berry, who was working in full uniform and driving a police car at Walmart. Berry found Thomas and shot and killed him when Thomas allegedly pointed his BB gun at Berry.
