A deputy responded to a call about a suspicious person in a green Dodge Durango in the parking lot of the Coteau Truck Plaza. The deputy found Henry, who appeared to be sleeping in the SUV's back seat. After a deputy asked Henry for his identification, he picked up a handgun. The deputy ordered him several times to put down the gun, but Henry shot himself in the upper part of his chest. Police said, the deputy ordered him again to put down the gun, and he refused. Allegedly, Henry pointed the gun at the deputy, and the deputy shot and killed him.
