Officers James Carr and Christopher Blessing were dispatched to a residence after receiving reports of a disturbance. When the officers arrived, they found Millard Clark standing in the doorway with two butcher knives. The officers reportedly tried to talk to Clark who became more agitated. Clark then allegedly came at the officers, cutting Officer Carr. Clark was shot and killed by the officers.
