Mason County Sheriff's deputies say they received a 911 call around 9:30 .pm. from a family member of the man that he had just shot himself, but was still alive.When two deputies arrived at the home in the 600 block of E. Island Lake Drive, there was some sort of confrontation, and investigators say the deputy ended up shooting the man. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
