Following a carjacking, in which a person was shot twice, police found the stolen car in a Walmart parking lot. They watched the car and saw several people get in and out of the car while waiting for backup. The vehicle started to move, and police blocking the car in. The passenger in the vehicle got out of car, but the driver didn't get out. Two officers fired on the man, killing him. The events that precipitated the shooting were not reported.
