Corey Mobley and a woman were arguing at a gas station at about 9:20 p.m., and once deputies arrived, the man drove off, police said. The vehicle traveled to a home, where Mobley ran behind a nearby residence. Police alleged that Mobley was yelling that he had a gun and was seen reaching into his pocket. While he was being attacked by a police dog, he was shot and killed. He was unarmed.
