A deputy came upon a vehicle with a switched tag. The deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the driver continued driving, and would not pull over. Eventually the deputy was able to maneuver his patrol vehicle in front of the driver and slow the vehicle down. When the deputy got out of his patrol vehicle, the driver of the vehicle drove towards the deputy, swerving, while pointing his weapon at him. The deputy shot and killed him.
