About 10:10 p.m., officers tried to stop a man on a bicycle, and he fled on foot, police said. They followed on foot. The man continued to be uncooperative, and officers shocked him with a stun gun. He allegedly pointed a firearm toward one of the officers. Officers said at least one shot was fired by the man, and at least one officer shot and killed him.
