Officers received a report of domestic violence at a home. They found a woman who claimed her boyfriend had been drinking and tried to shoot her during a fight. Raikoglo had driven off but returned minutes later as officers interviewed the woman. Police said the man leaned out of his driver-side window and pointed his gun at the officers. They shot and killed him.
