Jose Baca-Olivares showed up at his ex-wife's house, just before 7 a.m. The woman was unloading groceries when her ex-husband allegedly opened fire. Juan Carlos Tovar Soto, 48, tried to intervene and was shot and killed. Another woman was shot and wounded. Baca-Olivares ran, and a police helicopter and dog were unable to find him over the weekend. Police tracked him down, and he was shot and killed when he allegedly shot at officers.
