A driver was reported as speeding on C-470 and passing cars on the shoulder, police said. A deputy came upon the car, which was unoccupied, at an O'Reilly's Auto Parts store. A short time later, Austin Dunsmore got into the car. The deputy got out of his patrol car, and an unspecified confrontation between Dunsmore and the deputy ensued. The deputy shot and killed Dunsmore.
