Earlier in the evening, police reportedly saw a car driving erratically and stopped it. When officers approached the car, the driver and one passenger fled. They were found in a parking lot. When officers again approached the vehicle, one of the occupants took off running. During the foot pursuit, Officer Ethan Antonson shot and killed the person. Police did not say whether the man fleeing had a weapon.
