Around 10:36 p.m., a Taco Bell employee called 911 to report a man slumped over the driver's seat of a Silver Mercedes was parked in the drive through. As the officers approached the Mercedes, they could see that the driver was unresponsive and had a handgun on his lap. The driver of the vehicle began to move. The officers reportedly told the driver to keep his hands visible, but he allegedly reached for the handgun on his lap, and the police shot and killed him.
