Officers were dispatched to a Silverton home on a report of domestic violence around 12:40 p.m. Officers found William Bluestone barricaded inside a bedroom in the apartment. He told police he was armed with a handgun. Police talked to Bluestone for around an hour before Officers Officer Jonathan Lamoreaux, 38, and Tim Hein, 31, shot and killed him.
