Police say they responded to a report of a theft from a gun store. The suspect had reportedly been looking at firearms, and ran from the store with a semi-automatic pistol, before getting on a bicycle. Officers followed a tip call to the suspect's location. The caller indicated that the suspect appeared to have a handgun in his back pocket. A Wyoming Public Safety officer made contact with the suspect, who reached for his gun and pointed it at the officer, who shot and killed him.
