Officers with the fugitive apprehension unit attempted to arrest a man about 1:45 p.m. in a driveway. Curtis Stagger allegedly pulled out a handgun when officers went to take him into custody while he sat in a vehicle. An officer then shot and killed him. The officer was attempting to arrest the wrong person.
