Officers from multiple agencies ended a two-day manhunt for Brooks, who was wanted for aggravated assault, auto theft, and carjacking, when they fatally shot him, police said. Brooks exited a house with a gun and then attempted to run officers over with his car before crashing and getting out of the car with his gun, according to authorities.
