Around 1:30 p.m. an armed carjacking occurred, and an officer spotted the vehicle and activated lights and sirens. The vehicle fled, and a pursuit ended on Lister Avenue when the vehicle crashed.The driver -- reportedly a white man in his 20s -- ran away. The officer chased him and the person being chased allegedly presented a handgun, and the officer shot and killed him.
