The off duty cop profiled Carlos. Watched him pulled over. Rolled down his windows unlocked his doors. Lyed in wait! Carlos didn't see it coming. He walks up the the vehical. Ofcourse the officer did not pull out his badge. Although he had enough time to. Carlos opens the unlocked door. Right then Carlos should have known it was a set up. As soon.as he touched the civilian. He gets shot. Un armed? Why didn't he show his badge and step out he had a gun..Even in the car had his badge and yelled BPD off duty. Carlos should have backed off and ran..But that officer wnatec him dead.
