About 7:30 p.m. when two members of the Department of Correction parole fugitive unit went to the home at 181 Oak St. to seek Jose Soto, who was wanted on a parole warrant. Soto's mother told officers that he was in the house. Police surrounded the house, and Soto eventually agreed to come out, at which point, four officers shot and killed him. It was not reported whether Soto was armed.
