Police responded to a report of domestic violence involving a gun at an apartment. Upon arrival officers spoke with the victim outside. The victim reported that she had been in an argument with her boyfriend, 41-year-old Jacob Frausto, who she was living with. She told police that Frausto had made a suicidal statement and was pointing a rifle at himself. Frausto reportedly fired numerous rounds inside his apartment toward the outside. An officer fatally shot Frausto while he was inside.
