Around 12:30 a.m., officers were called to an apartment complex to execute a warrant on suspects for a murder at a cafe in Dallas. As the officers were approaching a vehicle that the suspects were in, the men got out and started running away. Police said one of the suspects was carrying a rifle. During a foot chase, police said an officer shot and killed the man who had the rifle.
