Police received 911 calls around 5 p.m. about a disturbance between a husband and wife. There were reports that the man was intoxicated and shots were fired. When deputies arrived they made sure that the woman was safe. The man then fled and began jumping over fences when he came across an officer who was setting up a perimeter.The man allegedly showed a pistol and the deputy shot and killed the man.
