Officers responded about 6:40 p.m. to a domestic disturbance call. Cody Wayne Seals reportedly chambered a round and pointed a long rifle at responding officers, then shut himself inside a home, police said. Later, he came out and pointed a flashlight at them, and police shot and killed him.
