Around 5:30 p.m., officers arrived at an apartment. Neighbors had called police after hearing a loud argument. Neighbors said a woman and an infant left before a man barricaded himself in the apartment and refused to come out. A little after 9 p.m., police used explosives and entered the home. The man inside the apartment reportedly fired at least one shot and was shot and killed.
