Around 2 p.m., troopers tried to stop a vehicle that was under a "be on the lookout" advisory, police said. But the driver, Elizabeth Ann Stropp, did not immediately stop. She stopped the vehicle, got out of the car and fled on foot into a field. Troopers pursued her on foot. Stropp allegedly produced a handgun, and troopers shot and killed her.
