An off-duty Clarkston officer was working at the Red Lobster when he saw a man being robbed in the parking lot. When the officer went to help, the four alleged robbers got into another car and shot at the officer and victim as they drove off. The officer shot at the alleged robbers, hitting two of them, killing one.
