Around 1:15 p.m., police were attempting to apprehend Jeremy Duncan who had an outstanding felony warrant. The officer made contact with the subject, who was sitting in the driver's seat of a vehicle with the door open. Police said, Duncan started backing up the vehicle "with the officer sandwiched between the door and the vehicle frame." The officer shot and killed Duncan.
