Police received a shots-fired call, then a report of an injured female and a man with a gun at about 8:30 p.m., police said. Responding officers positioned an armored vehicle outside the home and attempted to communicate with the suspected gunman. At some point, a man was shot and killed by police although details as to what precipitated the killing were withheld by police.
