About 4:15 a.m., police responded to a woman's call for help, police said. They broke into the house and inside they reportedly found a man inside a closet armed with a box cutter and the screaming woman. The officers ordered the man to drop the box cutter, but he allegedly "charged" at them with the box cutter and was shot and killed.
