Roosevelt Brown was fatally shot by Officer Jonathan Collingwood, 35, after Brown allegedly waved a gun toward others and pointed it at himself during a walking standoff with police. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call at about 5 a.m., police said. Brown was in the standoff with police from about 6 to 7 a.m.
