Police said they responded to a vehicle stolen from East Toledo and identified Lamar Richardson as the driver. They lost the car after a pursuit, and later saw Richardson on a bicycle. They stopped him, but he allegedly fled on foot. Police said they shot and killed him when he showed a 9mm firearm.
