At 9 a.m. Saturday, deputies responding to a suspicious vehicle and learned that one of the vehicle's occupants was wanted on several felony warrants. As deputies attempted to make contact in order to make an arrest, Evans-Valencia allegedly pulled a gun, and police shot and killed him.
