Police pulled up behind a bank robbery suspect's vehicle, which was stopped at an intersection and attempted to pull him over. Charles Boeh tried to get away by pulling forward and ramming his vehicle between two cars stopped in front of him at the light, police said. Officers shot and killed him when he allegedly brandished a handgun.
