Officers were driving near Corbin Avenue and Hamlin Street at about 10 a.m. when they got a "LoJack hit" alerting them that a vehicle was stolen, police said. They pursued the vehicle for about seven minutes, then chased the driver on foot after he bailed from the vehicle.
