A 29-year-old Billings man was shot and killed by a Billings police officer after allegedly charging at officers with a knife and not responding to commands, police said. Officer Brian Weaver shot the man three times, killing him. A second officer, Jairo Solorio, simultaneously fired a stun gun at the man.
