At about 6:47 p.m. undercover police spotted a man, who was a passenger in a vehicle. Marked police patrol vehicles were called and stopped the vehicle using their lights and sirens, and the suspect ran to the ARCO. Police followed and exchanged gunfire with the man, who was killed. Police said the man was wanted on a felony warrant for illegal possession of a firearm and a probation violation.
