Police responded to a domestic violence call. Donald Fulton allegedly forced his family out of his home at gunpoint before retreating back inside. He threatened to kill himself. After police surrounded the house, hostage negotiators convinced Fulton to drop his weapon. Police entered the home at which point Fulton rearmed himself and shot at the officers who shot and killed him.
